Anna J. Brooks graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2007 with a B.A. in Journalism. She earned her J.D. from the University of Tulsa College of Law in Tulsa, Oklahoma in May 2010. While at the University of Tulsa, she was on the Dean's list and was a member of the Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity, the Women's Law Caucus, and the Family Law Society. Mrs. Brooks is admitted to practice in Oklahoma. She is a member of the American, Oklahoma and Tulsa County Bar Associations.
